  • “what an amazing experience to behold!!!”

set in nature that is breathtaking. the tall elegant trees stand with such presence. shane and suzy are in the process of restoring this 100+ building and surroundings, keeping the authenticity of the building and area intact. i was fortunate enough to stay two nights in this serene environment, woken up by the silence and then the calls of the various parrots and the gentle breeze making it’s way through the ferns and trees. what this couple have done to this place and continue to do is nothing short of miraculous. i wish them every success with their venture knowing that whoever has the luxury of visiting sequoyah retreat will leave with great peace and gratitude in their heart.
